  • We had new laundromats installed by Hercules

  • We will have Amazon lockers in every building

  • We are interviewing various management companies

  • We hired new corporate counsel

  • We required Summit Property Management to get a consultant to evaluate their office structure and efficiency

  • We hired a new accounting firm

  • We made cooperators Co-chairs of Committees

  • We made House Congress a tenant Association

  • We made Term limits for board members which was approved by HCR  

  • We agreed that Shareholders should have access to recorded board meetings via www.rochdalevillage.com

  • We voted to have Telsa universal  car chargers, Quest Diagnostics, Auntie Anne’s Pretzel, and a breakfast restaurant in our malls

  • We improved the senior experience by upgrading the senior cafe 

    We increased youth events and youth programs 

  • We advocated for new RVSS board members to be elected 

  • We increased Public Safety officers

  • We partnered with NYPD to raid drug apartments in group 1, group 2, and group 4

  • We reduced the 113th's precinct 66 parking spaces to 30 spaces in the big mall

  • We are requiring 113th NYPD pay $60 a month for any parking space

  • We brought back the Africa Park Basketball Tournament
